We are seeking a dynamic Director of Dining Services to lead our team in delivering outstanding service and unforgettable culinary adventures for our premiere K12 school districts located in Athol, Spirit lake, Rathdrum and Garwood, Idaho.
This role will play a pivotal part in crafting the future of our dining services, from strategic planning to operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring and inspiring a team of up to 35 frontline associates.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming dining experiences, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in foodservice management.
