As the Executive Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for the staff.
You will prepare or direct the preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.
This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial Culinary professional.
Your key responsibilities will include planning regular and modified menus, following standardized recipes, training kitchen staff, establishing cleaning and maintenance schedules, and maintaining inventory of food and non-food supplies.
You must comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
You will also participate in client satisfaction programs and activities, and be willing to work with computers, including Microsoft Office and the Internet.
The preferred qualifications for this position include a high volume of culinary experience, complex foodservice operations experience, institutional and batch cooking experiences, and hands-on chef experience.
A ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
