Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving food in accordance with established recipes and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain daily production schedules and preparation requirements from the chef.
- Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
- Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets. Taste completed meals to ensure quality.
- Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
- Store, label, and date all food items according to policy. Follow HACCP guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must have previous food service experience and be able to perform the essential functions of the job satisfactorily.
