About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Food Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and serving food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. You will ensure the accurate execution of all events during your shift, which may include driving a catering delivery truck. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the success of our events.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations
- Log and maintain food temperatures
- Arrange tables and decorations
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Thoroughly clean location after event is completed
