What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Chef position at Rosemary Food Service LLC?
We're looking to connect with Chefs who may be looking for a new position over the summer. This position begins in August of 2025.

We are a boutique style company. Our focus is on supporting and empowering quality people who have the skills and passion to create a quality product.
Successful candidates will have:
-Solid experience (4yrs) with a background in classical and modern/ progressive cuisine, preferably under notable chefs or in notable establishments.
-Protein / Fish Butchery Skills
-Menu development & experience sourcing items from broad-line purveyors, as well as local products from local suppliers
-The desire to at first learn, then uphold and improve upon the cuisine that makes us successful
-The desire to own the creative direction, cleanliness, and flow of the kitchen
-Communication skills! Energize those around you with your attitude, lead with humility, be a part of the team.
-Humility! Be coachable and be willing to reach out for help.
