Job Summary
The Mountain Resort Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our food service programs. This includes maintaining confidential personnel files, assisting with staffing, and performing daily bank deposit reconciliations.
Responsibilities
Clerical Functions:
- Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students eligible for free and reduced-priced lunches
- Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using a computer
Administrative Support:
- Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents
- Process vendor invoices for payment
- Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations
Teamwork:
- Work effectively with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, and supervisors
Benefits
