Job Summary
This Director of Cuilnary will implement and support the operational maintenance of all food related programs within their assigned region. They will also play a key role in the opening of new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides support for regional accounts in all aspects of culinary operations to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Assists in implementing corporate and regional programs based on Sector and Regulatory standards
- Identifies and communicate strategies to improve customer and client satisfaction
- Identifies and implements training programs to ensure high quality food and service at facilities
- Encourages compliance with purchasing programs and initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from a recognized Culinary school, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Food Service or Hospitality Management Program
- Five (5) years of progressive food service management experience, two (2) in a multi-unit setting
- Ability to operate a standard computer, including proficient use of MS Office applications
- ServSafe certified within one (1) year of date of hire
- Must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with developing and executing culinary training programs at various skill levels
