We are seeking a growth minded Chef Manager / Kitchen Operations Manager to ensure the overall success of the food service operation adhering to the Client's culture and guidelines, the Health Department's regulations, and Company standards and expectations of food quality, freshness and presentation. Motivates, trains, develops and directs all staff to accomplish the goals and objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the customers. Solves problems professionally, rapidly and fairly. Maintains a working relationship with client. In this role you will be responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service operation.
