Job SummaryThe Strategic Growth Director will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with executive clients within the food service and facilities management industry. This individual will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and suggesting innovative ideas to help clients improve their business. As a trusted advisor, the Key Account Client Advisor will work closely with senior leadership at strategic customer accounts.Responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key clients.Provide expert consultation to clients, leveraging Compass capabilities to address their specific needs.Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and maximize client retention.Attend client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and actively contribute to discussions.Build relationships with the Strategic Account Group (SAG) to gain insights into client retention plans.Understand customer strategies and challenges, and recommend improvements based on Compass capabilities.Identify and coordinate appropriate Compass resources and support to present effective solutions to clients.Demonstrate dynamic leadership by fostering strong internal and external relationships.Exhibit excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and listening abilities.Maintain a positive, can-do attitude, with flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.Qualifications : Proven track record of successfully engaging with executive-level clients.Strategic thinker and innovator, with demonstrated leadership and business development skills.Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial and operational data.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization.
