Responsibilities include : Oversee daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.Train, motivate, and lead a team of baristas, Cafe servers, and support staff to achieve high standards of service.Manage scheduling, payroll, and employee performance evaluations.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the cafe and increase customer engagement.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that aligns with our cafe's values.Requirement : Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate has experience as a cafe manager in a high-volume environment.
