You will assist with all the accounting and control functions at the account including all revenue and expense reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly financial reporting requirements.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReports and profitability analysisCoordinate and reconcile inter-company commission transactions with CompassPrepare accurate and timely Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)Create trending analysis for clients, Sr. Client Services Directors, and internal requests as neededEnsure the setup of assigned clients is correct to reduce and / or eliminate order adjustments and inaccurate client reportingProvides accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projectProvides financial guidance to operating units within the region on matters involving client returns, revenue and profitability goalsCreates and designs reports and spreadsheets; creates and maintains a database to organize, collect and upload data into required reporting formatsQualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field requiredOne (1) year preferred, two (2) years strongly preferred, of general ledger, financial reporting, financial analysis, and auditing experienceStrong relational database and / or enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) skills required.
