Be part of a dynamic environment where your skills will drive financial excellence and innovationWhat You'll Do : In this role, you'll take ownership of critical accounting processes while fostering communication and resolving financial challenges. Your contributions will support our teams in achieving accurate financial projections and enhancing operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities : Maintain daily bank records and ensure cash transaction accountabilityOversee monthly Profit / Loss and balance sheet activityReview and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accountsResolve accounting / reconciliation issues efficientlyAssist with comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsManage daily deposits, credit card transactions, and cash reportsImplement inventory and cost control proceduresLead Payroll and Human Resources administrationTake on special projects to drive improvementPreferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experienceA minimum of two years of experience with revenue control and cash handling responsibilitiesAccounting experience in foodservice or retail industry required, foodservice operations experience a plusAbility to prepare monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and analysesAdept at planning, organizing and controlling complex processes as well as analyzing moderately complex financial informationExperience with sales analysis and reportingExperience with POS, cash and credit card reports.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled at managing multiple priorities and relationshipsComputer skills : proficient in Microsoft Office with a concentration in ExcelStrong analytical and organizational skills.
