Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable - assist with invoicing, collections, and payment application
- Accounts Payable - assist with vendor queries and transactional activity
- Assist with Weekly and Month-end Close
- Reporting and Analysis
- Account Reconciliation
- Assist with annual account audits
- Assist with the annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Assist the Controller and Regional Operations Team with any ad-hoc projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Two to three (2-3) years general ledger experience required (defined as: journal entries, account reconciliations, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, GAAP accounting) preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook
- SAP or equivalent software
- Accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong reasoning and analytical skills
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain data integrity
