Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care by performing health assessments, vital signs monitoring, and general patient care for individuals at the Crisis Stabilization Center.
- Administer medications, manage medication records, and oversee self-administration of medications.
- Provide education to patients regarding physical health and medication management.
- Collaborate with staff, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Document and report any observable changes in patient behavior or physical condition.
- Assist in diagnostic and treatment procedures, offering guidance to new employees on protocols and procedures.
- Participate in team and leadership meetings, contributing to the overall improvement of care standards.
- Provide direct care to adults, including those who may present with agitation or distress.
- Participate in mandatory overtime as required.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Strong nursing assessment abilities and effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Exceptional organizational and cognitive capabilities to manage multiple stressors and complex situations.

- An Associate’s degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
