Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, explaining policy features and benefits clearly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position products.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in the system.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Experience
- Previous experience in personal lines retail sales and customer service. 220/440 License.
- Strong background in retail sales or customer service can be beneficial for this role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction is essential.
