Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes, including patient management software.
- Complete patient check-in / check-out procedures with each patient.
- Answer patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, addressing concerns and providing guidance about treatments, services, and aftercare.
- Follow up with patients regarding their treatment progress, appointments, and satisfaction.
- Schedule patient appointments for consultations, treatments, and follow-up visits while ensuring optimal calendar management for providers.
- Confirm appointments, send reminders, and handle cancellations or rescheduling as necessary.
- Coordinate with providers to ensure adequate time and resources for each patient visit.
- Collaborate with team members to support marketing and office projects.
- Assist with promotions, specials, and upsell opportunities to encourage repeat visits and the adoption of new treatments.
- Provide information on membership packages, seasonal offers, or loyalty programs to patients.
- Track patient satisfaction and gather feedback to help improve services and offers.
- Take initiative and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the business.
