General Purpose:
Ensures the quality of food, cleanliness and accessibility is maintained in the employee cafeteria during meal periods. Creates memorable staff dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing efficient and courteous F/B service.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Demonstrating responsible cash handling skills.
- Prepares consistent, high quality hot and cold food items, ensuring freshness and adequate supply.
- Breaks down hot and cold food stations at end of lunch and restocks for dinner meal period.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Must demonstrate reliable attendance.
- Must work well independently and as part of team.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts with a great hospitality-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
