Summary:
The Accounting Associate is responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions such as invoicing and accounts receivable using QuickBooks, and supporting HR administrative tasks, including payroll data entry.
Essential duties include:
AR/Accounting
· Invoicing customers.
· Calculate sales tax for customers.
· Complete applications for customers to enroll CRE as a vendor in their system
· Collecting credit card payments via online portal
· Deposit checks and track
· Maintain customers and accounts receivable files
· Data entry into QuickBooks, Salesforce and other programs such as Excel
· Responds to AR inquiries from internal and external customers in a timely and efficient manner
· Assists with accounting and other special projects as needed
Payroll/HR Assistance
· Assist with time tracking and payroll data entry and reporting.
· Assist with employee record keeping and personnel files.
· Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes via paperwork filing, organization, and preparation.
· Assist with HR and other special projects as needed.

· Education and/or Experience: Associates degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
