As Transportation Driver, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks.
Here Are Some General Expectations
- You will provide excellent customer service to elders, families, and team members in a courteous and professional manner.
- You will take the initiative to prioritize elder safety and satisfaction.
- Using the community-owned vehicle, you will transport elders to and from medical appointments, activities, shopping errands, and off-site events.
- You will complete routine periodic vehicle inspection checks.
- You will bring proof of personal automobile insurance.
- You will be eligible to drive and pass an MVR records check.
- You will be capable of maintaining regular, reliable attendance.
- You can communicate with elders, families, team members, vendors, and the public.
- You will meet all health requirements, including TB, if applicable.
- You will be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- You will pass a criminal background check.
- You will bring compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
