Your Role:
We are seeking a Marketing & Communication Supervisor to lead strategic marketing initiatives, enhance our brand presence, and engage key audiences. If you’re a creative leader with a passion for impactful storytelling and strategic marketing, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with Compass’s mission and vision
- Oversee branding, social media, and website content management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Mentor and develop marketing team members
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Represent Compass at events and networking opportunities

- Salary range for longevity in the position is $66,560-$97,760
Qualifications:
- Strong creative, strategic, and marketing skills
- Knowledge of social media and website management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required
- Leadership experience with a track record of successful project management
- Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies
