About the Role
As the New Services Supervisor, you will:
- Lead the development and expansion of programs that support individuals with disabilities.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams to turn ideas into impactful programs.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with regulations.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Five or more years of management or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of disabilities and social services.
- Fingerprint clearance, valid driver’s license, and a clean DMV record.
- Passion for innovation and making a difference.
