Working internally with Compliance and Category Management teams, as well as key Compass stakeholder groups, primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Management of onboarding telecom accounts with OneSource
- Build reports and track trends on Pcard Spend company wide in the technology and telecom spaces.
- Working closely with Compass Tech, Compass Digital and OneSource teams
- Identifying misuse or concerns in Pcard use
- Collaborating with VMO Compliance and Program Management team to ensure appropriate documentation is created and distributed to associates when moving product purchasing from Pcard to other payment method or assisting with moving from one product/solution to an approved product/solution.
- Regular meeting cadence with VMO Category Management to align on current and future projects
- Supporting, by way of supplier management and data analysis, medium-to-high complexity sourcing initiatives
This role will require strong relationship, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
