Counselor

Job Description:

Compass Whole Health is looking for a full-time, highly motivated mental health therapist who holds an active license or associate license in the state of Washington in one of the following: LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, LICSW. Associate licensed clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidates will be self-driven, dependable, organized, ethical, and self-aware. This position is in-person/in-office.

Our therapists work with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship problems, trauma, and life transitions. We work with therapists to establish a schedule based on their scope of practice and the needs of the practice. Clients are scheduled with you based on your speciality and availability. If you are fully licensed we work with you to get you credentialed with most major insurance companies. You will have a consistent stream of client referrals, a beautifully decorated office space, autonomy, and collaboration of the team!

Work Environment:

Compass Whole Health is centrally located in Vancouver, WA. Our offices are tastefully decorated and accommodating for all of our clients' and staffs' needs. You will have a fully furnished office, iMac desktop, iPhone, and administrative support staff who assist with scheduling, billing, and managing back office needs. We also provide credentialing, business forms, marketing in the form of listing on company website, HIPAA compliant health record, and much more.

Requirements:

Therapists should be proficient and confident with using appropriate therapeutic modalities and techniques with their identified client population base. Therapists are expected to adhere to established clinical and ethical standards. Therapists are expected to be able to utilize Mac/Apple computers to complete progress notes, intake assessments, treatment plans, scheduling, and provide telehealth sessions.

Education:

Candidates should have at minimum of a Master's degree in the mental health field. Candidates should hold a current unrestricted Washington State license as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, LMHCA, or LMFTA. Associates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
