Join Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services on our journey of continued expansion. We are looking to fill our PART-TIME HR operations assistant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or human resources
- Three (3) years' experience supporting a Human Resource Department in a Manager or Senior level capacity
- Five (1) year experience in a high-growth ABA company
- Must possess advanced computer skills in MS Office, including Microsoft Word, TEAMS, Excel, Google workspace etc.
- Ability to type 45 WPM
- 1-2 years medical, therapy, ABA, PT, OT office (or similar) administration or scheduling required
- Ability to learn practice management softwares in 10 days
Responsibilities
Reviewing performance evaluations and other reports
Training new employees and working with department to create training programs
Helping Managers decide on salaries to offer to new hires
Using software to monitor employees, the hours they work, and the tasks they complete
Using surveys and other methods to keep track of employee morale
Developing programs to increase morale, such as bonuses or top performer rewards
Negotiating with unions and other labor organizations
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Organization and time management skills
Understanding of the ABA services the business and ABA industry overall
Thorough knowledge of employment laws
Ability to keep track of a variety of details
Ability to analyze and interpret employee surveys
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices: reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, staff management, and employment law.
Performs other duties as assigned
