Duties:
- Medication reminders following prescribed schedules and guidelines.
- Uphold resident rights and ensure a safe and supportive environment for all individuals.
- Support individuals in a home care setting with compassion and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes in health or behavior promptly.
- Must have the ability to work with patient that requires diaper changes.

Pay: $18.00 - $18.25 per hour
