Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health status.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities, including lifting clients when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning to maintain a safe living environment.
- Support clients with memory care techniques to promote cognitive engagement.
- Provide catheter care and assist with personal hygiene needs.
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers regarding any changes in condition.
- Offer hospice care support when needed, ensuring comfort during end-of-life care.
Experience
- Previous experience in senior care or home community care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of memory care practices is a plus.
- Experience in providing catheter care or hospice care will be considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients are essential.
- Must be able to lift clients safely and assist them in mobility tasks.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
