Compassionate Friends Homecare, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and care to an individual in their own home. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various medical settings such Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospitals, etc.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care to the client based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for the client.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for client by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with family members and agency representatives to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document care provided and any changes in the client's condition accurately.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as STNA, CNA, Medical Assistant, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- A compassionate approach to caregiving with a genuine desire to help others.
The client's specific care plan will be discussed during the interview process.
This is a 1099 position with pay being every Friday via direct deposit.
