Full Stack Software Engineer with Artificial Intelligence Focus

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with AI expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development skilled in node JS, Java, react native (cross platform mobile application) AWS, API’s, with the ability to create robust applications and services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

• Front-End:

• React Native: Build cross-platform mobile UIs (iOS/Android) with reusable components.

• JavaScript/TypeScript: Write clean, efficient code for dynamic app behavior.

• UI/UX: Design intuitive, responsive interfaces for mobile and web admin panels.

• Back-End:

• Node.js: Develop scalable server-side logic, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and real-time features (e.g., WebSockets).

• Express.js: Create robust API endpoints for app-admin communication.

• Database: Manage data with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), including schema design and optimization.

• AI Integration:

• API Expertise: Integrate AI agents (e.g., Grok via xAI API) for features like chatbots or analytics.

• Python (optional): Script AI logic or preprocess data if extending beyond prebuilt APIs.

• NLP/ML Basics: Understand natural language processing or machine learning to customize AI behavior.

• Web Admin Panel:

• React: Build a responsive admin dashboard for desktop browsers.

• State Management: Use Redux or Context API for complex admin data flows.

• Authentication: Implement secure login (e.g., JWT, OAuth) for admin access.

• DevOps:

• Cloud Hosting: Deploy on AWS, Azure, or Heroku with CI/CD pipelines.

• Containerization: Use Docker for consistent environments.

• Version Control: Master Git for team collaboration and code management.

• Other Skills:

• Security: Apply HTTPS, data encryption, and input validation to protect user data.

• Testing: Write unit/integration tests (e.g., Jest, Mocha) for reliability.

• Performance: Optimize app speed and scalability (e.g., caching, lazy loading).

• Project Management: Agile/Scrum familiarity to coordinate features like your Crimson Heights EMR integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable code while following best practices for software development.
• Implement analytics solutions to track user engagement and application performance.
• Conduct model training and deployment for machine learning applications.
• Utilize ETL processes to manage data flow between systems.
• Work with big data technologies such as Hadoop to handle large datasets.
• Apply natural language processing techniques to enhance application functionality.
• Provide support for existing applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of back-end programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with analytics tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of VBA for automating tasks is a plus.
• Understanding of model training and deployment processes in AI applications.
• Experience with data processing frameworks like Hadoop is preferred.
• Familiarity with ETL processes for data integration is advantageous.
• Proficient in using statistical analysis tools such as SAS or R is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
