Where you will work :
This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is open to any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
The contributions you will make :
This position leverages adult learning principles and agricultural education expertise to create, implement and evaluate engaging programs that empower clients and prospects in a competitive market. Emphasizes the continuous improvement of existing educational programs and the creation of new initiatives that deliver meaningful experience for agricultural producers. Collaborates with Sales, Clients, Marketing, and other teams to identify educational needs and ensure a unified approach and effective delivery channels.

Base Pay
62,700—$89,400 USD
