Network Operations Manager

At Competitive Range Solutions, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Operations Manager to join our team. As an Infrastructure Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing personnel and subcontractor personnel, liaising with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with information assurance and network operations, and providing comprehensive reporting and continuous improvement across infrastructure operations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a Department of Defense (DoD) customer environment and experience working with multi-contractor teams. You will be responsible for managing activities related to the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including oversight of personnel, subcontractors, and third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with all applicable guidelines, policies, standards, procedures, and directives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and performing activities related to the PWS, including oversight of personnel, subcontractors, and third-party vendors.
• Oversight of Information Assurance Vulnerability Management updates, ensuring all systems are tested, evaluated, deployed, and documented.
• Hosting and attending meetings and briefings, providing guidance, feedback, and written summaries.
• Supporting senior and executive-level management briefings with high-level and technical documents.
• Reviewing all work products for technical correctness and ensuring documentation adheres to DoD and federal regulations and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of maintaining the operational status of a Tech Control facility, tech control equipment such as Switches, Encryption devices, Network Operation Consoles, and Circuits. They should also have demonstrated successful working knowledge and supervision of tech control employees in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced under this call order.
