Responsibilities:
Printers
- Understand how and what it takes to make them operate,
- Change paper, clear jams, check for loose bolts or guides.
- Add and delete printers in the computer and how to change print heads
- Adjust tear off and other settings that affect the price sticker.
- Adjust the proximity sensor for the price stickers
Lid Machine
- Add lids and space them on conveyor
- Adjust sensors if a lid can’t be picked up
- How to use the external controller and all its function
- What to look for when there is an issue and how to solve it.
Closeout
- Operate the computers and WCS
- Use the price sticker bins and how to adjust if need be
- Deal with product that is found on the ground
- Deal with totes that are too full or ones that have tipped over
Strappers
- Change strap rolls
- Clear out jams and issues with strapping
- Swap machines if need be
- Set machine up with correct speed and strapping settings
Minimum Qualifications
- 0 - 1 years of experience. May have vocational qualification.
