Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates for commercial and residential restoration projects.
- Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Apply best practices in restoration and construction methods to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain detailed documentation and provide exceptional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of residential construction experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience estimating residential property damage.
- Strong understanding of restoration industry standards and estimating software.
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Valid PA Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Solid knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and architectural drawings.
- Skilled in budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and overall financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, and internet-based tools; experience with project management and estimating software is a plus.
- Ability to safely perform all essential job functions in a safety-sensitive environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills to confidently manage complex restoration scenarios.
