This role is also responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.Responsibilities:• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner• Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records• Manage customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status• Develop beneficial relationships with customers to increase project success and create opportunities• Review financial documents to ensure cost estimates are accurate• Prepare clear and detail oriented project proposals• Follow up with vendors about pricing and availability of project materials• Ensure all internal and external parties are provided with necessary and timely information• Define project scope and identify any omissions or overlaps before submission.
