Job Requirements - Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 5 years in residential construction, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven prowess as an estimator in residential property damage.
- Mastery of disaster restoration industry practices and estimating software.
- Commanding oral communication skills and unrivaled personal organization.
- Possession of a valid PA Driver’s License with an impeccable driving record.
- Proficiency in construction methods, material management, and architectural drawings.
- Savvy in budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and financial concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Gmail; familiarity with project management and estimating software is a big plus.
- Ability to perform safety-sensitive functions, ensuring safety for all.
