Automotive Repair Service Manager Writer / Advisor Auto Repair

Hello. We are looking for a motivated individual that is wanting to learn and become a part of our team. If you are someone that is familiar with the repair process that is wanting to become a service writer, we might be the fit for you.

We are looking for someone that has some experience but is also willing to learn our way and processes. You will be working hand in hand with our general manager on a full time basis.

Complete Auto Service has been in business since 1997, on the principles of honesty and integrity. We operate three locations (BLAINE, BIG LAKE, AND ANDOVER). We enjoy providing the highest level of automotive repair options while maintaining excellent customer service.

Job Description

Position Title: Automotive Service Writer

Location: Big Lake , MN

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Honestly assess vehicles and build a detailed estimate of necessary repairs.
• Communicate cause and correction for customer concerns regarding their vehicle.
• Service the technicians in the shop.
• Maintain inventory.
• Address any concerns from customers and interface with them on their vehicle as needed.
• Maintain professionalism.
• Keep shop in clean, working order.
