Now Hiring : Full-Time Maintenance Assistant Shift is Monday through Friday 9am to 5 : 30pm, on-call every other weekend Responsibilities : Troubleshoot building mechanical problems. Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations. Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department. On-call duty Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator. Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently or part of a group.
