General Maintenance Duties
- Responsible for completing all maintenance tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Fix wall coverings.
- Fix floor coverings.
- Repairing furniture & fixtures.
- Perform basic plumbing work.
- Assist with painting and refurbishing projects.
- Perform minor building and equipment repairs.
- Participate in Fire Drills.
- Perform carpet and hard surface floor maintenance.
- Perform deep cleaning and resident suite "Make Ready" rooms as assigned.
- Assists with Housekeeping Functions as needed.
Salary : $19 - $21
