We are looking for a compassionate Director of Admissions and Marketing to oversee clinical assessments of potential residents. The Director of Admissions and Marketing will guarantee continuity of care for patients transitioning to our facility and can make informed recommendations by maintaining knowledge of our services and industry developments.

Responsibilities of Director of Admissions and Marketing :
Provide potential customers and referral sources with facility information via outside sale calls, education and follow-up
Perform pre-admission assessments on potential residents within 2 hours of notification and follow-up as necessary to ensure likelihood of admission. Coordinate assistance with nursing as required to complete assessment
Build and increase total volume of inquiries and facility referral base in order ot meet or exceed budgeted census goals
Manage census / premium mix enhancement. Achieve and exceed budgeted census and quality payor mix
Develop and maintain relationships to advise of bed availability and services, efficiently meeting the daily needs of the community at large
Develop and execute marketing action plans as required
Maintain a close working relationship with the Director of Nursing, Business Office Manager, Administrator and Social Worker to assure appropriate and efficient decisions about prospective admissions
Maintain a working knowledge of managed care referral process
Monitor inquiry admission and census trends via weekly and monthly reporting
Inform Administrator of all referral issues, market changes and challenges to census development
Qualifications of Director of Admissions and Marketing :
