Dietary Lead Cook Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Performs food preparation and cooking while maintaining all quality standards.
- Operates cooking equipment following established procedures and safety precautions
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Positive and energetic individual with creativity
- Serve Safe Certified Preferred
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- 3 years' experience as a cook in a nursing and rehabilitation facility preferred.
- Available to work weekends
