Job Description
The MDS Assessment Specialist will conduct and coordinate Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for residents in accordance with federal and state regulations. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to gather information for comprehensive resident assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred
- 2 years proven experience as an MDS Coordinator in a long-term care setting
