Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as the Wellness Director (RN) . In this leadership role, you will oversee the clinical and wellness programs within our assisted living community. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high standards of care, managing healthcare protocols, and promoting resident wellness through personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and supervise healthcare staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and implement wellness programs that enhance the quality of life for residents.
Conduct assessments and collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care plans.
Oversee medication management and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
Foster a supportive environment for residents, families, and staff members.
Monitor healthcare trends and implement best practices to enhance resident care outcomes.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning discussions.
Qualifications :
Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
Proven experience in a leadership role within assisted living or a similar healthcare setting.
