(CCSI) is seeking an experienced Estimator with a solid 5 years background in the commercial construction industry, particularly in renovations, value-added projects, tenant fit outs, etc., to join our team in the Baltimore Metro Area. If you have at least five years of experience in construction estimation and a solid understanding of the renovation process, along with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products, we offer a unique opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Role Overview : This position will play a crucial role in the preparation and analysis of project estimates for our large-scale renovation and construction projects. You will collaborate with project managers and the estimating team to ensure accurate and competitive bid submissions. This position demands a detailed understanding of the construction and renovation processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office for data management, and a commitment to contributing to the success of our projects.
Qualifications :
- At least five years of experience in construction estimation, with a strong focus on renovation and commercial projects.
- Requires an understanding of how to interpret blueprints, understanding specifications, and accurately estimating costs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, for creating detailed estimates and bid proposals.
- Demonstrated understanding of the steps involved in commercial renovations and construction, from initial assessment to project completion.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A commitment to accuracy, detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
