Key Responsibilities
- Pipe Installation: Safely and accurately install water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
- Trenching and Shoring: Prepare work areas by digging and securing trenches for pipe placement.
- Pipe Handling: Position and secure pipes in accordance with design plans and specifications.
- Equipment Use: Operate tools and machinery, such as forklifts, necessary for pipe installation.
- Safety Practices: Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, maintaining a secure work environment.
- Material Management: Ensure proper handling, tracking, and storage of project materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members and supervisors to achieve project goals.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of daily tasks, equipment use, and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pipe laying or underground utility installation.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and best practices.
- Physical capability to perform tasks in various outdoor conditions.

Work Schedule
- Full-time position: 40-55 hours per week
- Shifts may include 8-hour or 10-hour days, with potential overtime and weekend work as needed.
