Commercial Project Manager
Full-Time | $90–140K | Nationwide Industrial Fencing Leader

As one of the few nationwide leaders in industrial fencing, we're scaling fast and looking for a driven Commercial Project Manager to help us hit our 100% growth goal in the next five years. This role isn't about maintaining the status quo—it's about leading people, building systems, and driving strategy from the inside out.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple teams and job sites
- Drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and profit
- Partner directly with our executive team to shape high-level decisions
- Manage hiring, scheduling, materials procurement, and vendor relationships
- Track performance metrics to inform growth and scalability
- Empower our workforce through clear leadership, consistent feedback, and a commitment to culture
What You Bring
- 5 years in Operations, Project Management, or General Management
- Experience leading teams in construction, logistics, manufacturing, or similar fields
- Skilled in process creation and cross-functional communication
- Comfortable in dynamic environments—ready to build systems from the ground up
- Firm grasp of finance, supply chain, and vendor management
- Tech-savvy: CRM, ERP, MS Office
- Bonus: Experience scaling a company or launching new divisions
