Mat Tech Helper Job Description
Job Summary: Assist in production and quality checks of glass fiber mats
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects related to the production of quality glass fiber mats
- Keep raw materials filled and staged for the production run
- Assist in removing mat from drum
- Be productive by acting in a timely fashion.
- Maintain acceptable attendance record.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Communicate effectively with others
- Be productive by acting in a timely fashion.
- Adapts to changing circumstances and contributes positively to team dynamics
Preferred Knowledge, Certifications, Skills, Abilities:
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
