Complete Homecare PA is seeking a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team.
Qualified applicant would be responsible for shared scheduling duties to ensure our clients have coverage for all of their home care shifts. Applicant needs to bilingual in English and Spanish. Prior experience as a home health scheduler is a plus.
Duties include :
Maintain client schedules.
Administrative duties.
Customer service.
Communication with clients and caregivers.
Applicants must be comfortable with a computer and Microsoft programs.
Experience with HHAExchange is a plus but not required.
The position is also responsible for assisting with the night / weekend rotation of our company hotline phone. The hotline phone is where all urgent calls go outside of our normal business hours.
Please note this is a fast paced environment and organizational skills is a must.
Requirements
Prior experience working as a Scheduler or Care Coordinator for a home care agency
Experience working with HHA software
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
