Job Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to the team ensuring positive patient experiences
- Communicates with team members promoting an understanding of the patients’ needs
- Application of dental treatment modalities for prevention of dental diseases.
- Treatment of dental disease.
- Restoration of defective or decayed teeth.
- Creation of restorations, crowns, bridges or dentures.
- Dental procedures performed in the oral cavity.
- Performance of surgical procedures of hard and soft tissue in and about the oral cavity.
- Educates patient in oral and dental hygiene.
- Manage cases presenting with out-of-the ordinary dental health problems to include patients with behavioral problems.
Job Requirements
- Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university
- Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin
- Have completed a pediatric dentistry residency
- Upholds a positive and charismatic chairside manner
- Maintains a strong dedication and commitment to quality patient care
- Strongly values continuing education and personal development
