Full-Time Patient Account Specialist Position
We are a remote company. Applicant must live in the state of Montana, have the ability to work effectively in a remote environment, and adhere to HIPAA Compliance Policies.
Our Company provides Revenue Management support for medical practices located all over the United States. Medical billing is one of the fastest-growing industries in the United States at this time with unlimited career opportunities. Job Description: The primary responsibilities of this position are answering patient phone calls, responding to missed calls and patient voicemails, and assisting the team with Patient Accounts and Collection Management tasks as needed.
We are looking to fill one full-time position.
The hours for this Position are:
9:00/9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency with computers and general Microsoft Office applications. Strong memory retention, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and a positive attitude are a must.
Preferred Experience: Although medical billing experience is a plus, we support candidates with little or no medical experience who have a solid work history and are gifted at learning and retaining new concepts and workflow strategies quickly. Strong Communication skills are required for this role.
