Job Overview:
Complete Resource Management is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the production and manufacturing operations at our bagging facility. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all facets of production, manufacturing efficiency, safety, quality assurance, and team leadership. The role requires a strong background in manufacturing, logistics, and team management, with a focus on bagging operations, plant optimization, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bagging facility, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
- Manage production schedules, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and minimizing waste.
- Optimize plant performance, including machinery, labor resources, and production workflows.
- Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors, operators, and support staff to achieve production and safety goals.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure continuous improvement and high performance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused culture within the team.
- Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations.
- Conduct regular quality audits, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop and enforce procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Budgeting and Financial Performance
- Develop and manage the plant’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective production practices.
- Monitor production costs and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization

Qualifications:
- Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant management or production management, preferably in a bagging, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in overseeing production and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
