HR Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our HR functions and ensuring that our processes are efficient and effective. You will play a key role in talent management, employee evaluations, and strategic planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee records and data integrity.
• Support the recruitment process by assisting with talent management and succession planning strategies.
• Conduct employee evaluations and provide insights for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with management to negotiate contracts and develop strategic HR initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, engagement, and retention.
• Implement process improvements to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
• Assist in the development of training programs that support employee growth and organizational goals.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role within a dynamic organization.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems
• Strong understanding of talent management principles, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Experience in strategic planning within an HR context is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
